2024 Lillydale Estate Chardonnay

Sourced from the original 1975 estate plantings of possibly the last remaining 'St Huberts' clone Chardonnay material in the Yarra Valley.

Hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed, wild ferment and 10 months maturation in French oak barriques (25% new).

This is a classically fine, elegant and delicate Upper Yarra Valley Chardonnay, with hints of grapefruit, white peach and vanilla nougat.

Drink now or cellar for 5 years for added complexity.
